The large Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is two minutes away. The Jalan Riau Factory Outlets are five minutes away by foot.

The Hotel occupies a small lot facing the City administrative building. The large park is used on Sundays by picnickers and joggers and is an excellent place to meet the friendly locals.

The Royal Merdeka offers 50 rooms in 4 classes. The rooms are large and modern. Standard rooms are air-conditioned, have clean toilets and showers, and cable television. The rooms themselves are comfortable. The Jalan Merdeka is a major thoroughfare so insist on the quieter rooms when you check in.
